We're looking for an energetic, responsive, detail-oriented, and experienced Director of People Operations to take Koe Koe Tech to the next level! We are growing fast; we now have 100 employees today and of course, our HR issues are growing dramatically!

We need an experienced Director of People Operations to help us steer the ship. This person will:
- Develop clear corporate plans for a variety of HR matters, especially compensation, benefits, leave policies.
- Handle KKT team member needs via reference to the documented HR policy, and, where appropriate, updating that policy drawing on research of best practices.
- Acting to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for quarterly performance evaluations, staffing, training and development.
- Be strategic about our HR needs and plan an HR vision.
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics.
- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance.
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
- Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.
- Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.

Job Requirements

We prefer someone who has some experience doing HR work in a leadership position. Requirements are:
- Proven experience as HR Director
- Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
