Strong understanding of Sales contracts and developing marketing campaigns
negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
gathering market and customer information
representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers
challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Develop sales and marketing plans and strategies to the target market.
Oversee the daily operation of the project sales team department
To pursue targeted goals and objectives
Liaise and work with the internal team and external appointed agents to ensure high sales conversion of the property.
Ensure that the sales & marketing team abide and follow the regulation of Government and company’s procedure when handling prospect buyers and conducting the property sales transaction.
Gathering information of potential projects
Feasibility study of each potential projects and making profitable agency agreement with developers

Experience in Project Sales of New Developments with relevant real estate knowledge
Able to easily communicate with Managers, Owners, real estate developers
Well dressed with excellent communication and soft sales skills
Personally manage Key Accounts
Able to create an active "prospect" pipeline
Can qualify customers needs and requirements
Be able to deliver great service
Able to identify issues and provide solutions
Know how to overcome Sales objections
Comfortable to take sales rejection
Able to actively work towards agreed sales targets
