• Supervising the cost, quality, quantity, and good efficiency of the storage and movement of goods
• Controlling and coordinating the order phase and colligated information system.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and transport companies, production and distribution.
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods.
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of service provided.
• Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone.
• Visiting customers to monitor the quality of service they are receiving.
• To conduct periodical reviews and demand forecasts.
• Re-order for part/ accounts calculation by future demand.
• Analyzing information to monitor plan performance improvements and product and goods demand.
• Implementing and supporting programs and policies of organization.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Administration or Business Management
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and organizational skill.
• Able to communicate intimately with other level.
• Ability to delegate duties.
• Should motivate transport staff members.
• Able to efficiently and effectively handle shifting and multiple priorities.
• Should have sturdy problem- solving skills.
• Solid computer skills.
• Ability to lead, and influence employees.
• We will preferential if excellent skill in Chinese Language.
