Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Utilize TMS to manage deliveries
• Assign orders to vehicles and develop routes to get On-Time-Delivery by using Vehicle capacity, delivery restrictions time and traffic
• Monitor and ensure the vehicles are on schedules for dispatch, breaktime and delivery time
• Ensure loads and deliveries are comply with quality requirement such as temperatures and other measures
• Monitor fuel consumption, driving behaviors, truck’s operation systems to optimize the cost by tracking GPS and all the data recorded by data loggers in
vehicles
• Work with Distribution supervisors to schedule the drivers in TMS
• Work with Maintenance supervisor to record, track the truck related reports such as preventive maintenance including fluid, tyre, and breakdown, downtime, truck’s performance
• Ensure keeping the documents and records as per company policy, and ready for both internal and external audits

Job Requirements

1. Experience using computers and computer software is required
2. Experience and/or knowledge of transportation and/or deliveries in a distribution environment is preferred
3. Intermediate Microsoft Excel and/or data analysis skills
1. Assertive with an attention to detail
2. Analytical and able to make sense out of numbers
3. Inquisitive with a high level of curiosity
4. High degree of integrity and trustworthiness
5. Positive, can-do attitude
6. Ability to work well with others, even in stressful and ambiguous times
7. Drives compliance to standards and protocols
8. Ability to work independently and find new and innovative ways to improve
