- Daily deal with dealers (solve their problem as software and anything , announcement to them update information
- Outbound call to customers (explain weekly highlight , channel information, push to renewal)
- Data entry using software
- Dealing with internal department
- Update weekly highlight announcement
- Calling the phone to customers and update the update service
