PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The main purpose of this role is to create a best in class document management practice, maintaining the digital library dynamic and relevant for the bank. Managing key documents of the bank, including gathering, storing, regular reviews and updates, distribution to relevant parties, defining editing/reading eligibility.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
• Take full ownership of the management, coordination and maintenance of bank’s Standard Operation Procedures in a central and secure repository.
• Participate in the assessment, acquisition, or deployment of new electronic document management system.
• Develop a SOP document governance framework and authorization workflow
• Coordinate with stakeholders/procedures owners to ensure respective SOP documents get created, modified, updated, reviewed and approved through prescribed work flow
• Ensure all SOPs in the central repository are current and disseminated (or given access) to relevant parties in a timely manner
• Confidence with IT systems, filing methodology and Microsoft tools (excel, word, PowerPoint)
• Regular interfacing with a variety of stakeholders of different seniority levels

Education and Special Training
Essential
• Completion of tertiary qualifications in a business or related field such as Bachelor of Business, Management, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or industry specific qualifications.
• Excellent competency in computer (MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.) and presentation skills.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and integrity.
• A high energy, self-motivated individual, who can collaborate with cross-functional teams with minimal supervision to deliver results.
• Able to execute and manage multiple initiatives and deliverables simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Creative, analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities, which include the ability to make independent decisions, while knowing when to bring certain matters to the attention of management.
• Excellent performance under pressure and can adapt quickly in an evolving environment.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Possesses strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills and the capability to interact with all levels of staff and with stakeholders both internal and external.
• Pro-activity, ownership, attention to detail and organization are a must.
