Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Prepare documents (Contracts, Purchase Order, Invoice etc.,) for Marketing Director
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
- Reach out to customers and verify various information.
- work closely with Marketing Department members for marketing plan
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- To liaise and deal with government offices smoothly
- Attend Marketing/PR team meeting
- Report to Head of Marketing Department

Job Requirements

- Female (Age between 22 to 30 years old)
- Any graduate
- A minimum 3 years of good working experience (Experience in Telecom field is preferable)
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Chinese (4 skills), English
- Good communication and negotiation skill, Interpersonal, Customer-Service Skills.
