 Drive and maintain Purchaser vehicle
 Deliver official mail and other documents as and when required
 Handle cash on behalf of the Purchase for the expenditures of vehicle fuel, toll fees and emergency maintenance/fixing cost incurred while travelling in/outside of the Yangon and/or Nay Pyi Taw.
 Maintain vehicle log sheet
 Maintain vehicle servicing and repair
 Must curry valid license in original and any applicable permits to operate an automobile as a contract driver.
 Driver must follow safety rules (e.g. speed limits) while driving.
 Remain not at fault for a road accident within the previous three (3) years.
 Must not use cell phones when driving (including hands free).
 May not exceed ten (10) hours driving within a twenty four (24) hour period. The non-stop driving time may not exceed 4.5 hours, followed by 45 minute breaks.
 Ensure all passengers secure safety belts prior to commencing journey.
 Must attend bi-annual defensive driving training, at the Contractor’s expense.
 Must be CPR/First Aid Trained bi-annually, at the Contractor’s expense.
 Must maintain the Purchaser’s vehicle in safe driving condition, including all ensuring all required documentation (e.g. emergency contact information provided by Contractor and Purchaser Contract Manager) and first aid kit requirements are up to date.

Minimum Requirement
 Be able to effectively understand and carry out rules, orders, and instructions
 High school or equivalent diploma or comparable experience, literate and able to understand English
 Minimum three (3) years experienced in driving vehicle in international organization/development agencies
 Must have good geographical knowledge of the cities assigned.
 All drivers must be licensed by the appropriate Government entity to operate the class of motor vehicle that they will be driving under the terms of the contract, with certification of good driving record or equivalent reference check.
 Driver must have a minimum of three (03) years driving experience
 Remain not at fault for a road accident within the previous three (3) years
 Must have good geographical knowledge of the cities assigned.

Medical Requirement:
 Must be medically fit for driving with acceptable vision as per statutory laws and have no permanent disability which can affect driving. Must be healthy and free from all communicable diseases, as proven by periodical medical exams (Refer to Forms at Annex-B of this Exhibit) by a licensed local practitioner.
