Job Description

Overview

Driver Trainer will be responsible for training all new Drivers for commercial vehicles and help the Product Manager to implement the training program. Will also be responsible for but not limited to regular ride a long, re-training and product quality control.

Responsibilities

-Provide on-the-road driver training and classroom instruction to new and prospective drivers to operate commercial vehicles
-Develop a training program together with the Product Manager to secure optimized CPK for each product sold by the company.
-Responsible for driver safety and evaluation of driver performance.
-Attend personal refresher and training courses to keep training program current.
-Maintain statistical data for travel logs, passenger counts, mileage, monitor fare boxes.
-Performs other job-related duties as required.

Job Requirements

-Any graduates or high school graduation with 5 years of transportation experience as a driver
-Possession of valid Commercial Driver’s License
-Strong Communication skills and pleasant personality
-Defensive Driving Course (DDC) certificate as an instructor would be a strong advantage.
-Good command of English and in Burmese is a must
-Able to travel in short notice.
-Ability to train and coach other drivers about how to drive the commercial vehicle
-Completion of an advanced first aid course with the capability of instructing basic first aid.
-Knowledge of proper use of fire extinguishers.
