Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• Knowledge of CORE system and Electronic Banking system
• Liaise with various stakeholders across different markets on requests
• Perform thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on system enhancements, fixes, change releases including Live Verification (LV) as and when required during go-live
• Define detailed functional and technical requirements involving internet and mobile banking technologies to support the E-Channels business objectives and ensure traceability
• Identify opportunities for improving business processes, user interface, functionality through information systems and/or non-system driver changes; assist in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes
• Work with multi-vendor teams to define and analyse requirements; perform impact analysis for enhancements
• Other projects/duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Skills and Competencies Requirements:
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent Communication Skills with proficiency in English & Burmese language
• Experience in implementing other digitization initiatives for work improvement/efficiency is a plus
• Familiar with web/digital project management, content management & publishing for web/social intranet including managing online communities

Experience and Educational Requirements:
• Minimally 3 years related position and experienced with a Bachelor degree, preferably related to Digital/Business IT/Marketing Communications
• Relevant Solution Management experience in particularly in ecommerce, internet banking and mobile banking projects
• Internet Banking and Mobile Banking platform technology experience
