• Develops and implements comprehensive short and long-range strategic digital learning programs and projects.
• Maintains and develops complex online learning course sites and digital learning content and resources with broad audience of learners.

• IT skills and knowledge in creating e-learning platform
• Database knowledge
• Communications skills in both Myanmar and English
• Self-starter
• Well rounded skills in creating clear, easy-to-navigate, informative, accurate, well-designed, and highly functional course sites and digital learning content.
• High level of proficiency with photo and graphics editing software as well as audio & video editing software.
• Strong understanding of how audiences respond to learning technology tools, and how best to leverage available options to enrich the learning experience.
