Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Process integration of ongoing platform development programs
Establish a thorough understanding of the process flows
Define, characterize and optimize existing process steps/module with the overall performance of the process and product in mind
Analyze inline, optical and electrical data to evaluate process development activities
Closely follow-up of lot movements
Understanding the needs of different parties involved (external partners and foundries, Huawei design, test and process development teams, Huawei HQ) and translating their needs into specifications and implementation actions
Assistance in the definition of design rules by the Huawei team to ensure product high yield
Critical, continuous assessment of all processes involved with manufacturability in mind
Develop a deep understanding of the materials science aspects of BEOL processes
Process development and integration of new platform activities
Working with the optical designers, packaging experts, etc to understand their needs and translate these into specs
Understanding the foundry technical capabilities and develop new process flows
Write SOW/project proposals for new projects
Support and contribute to the overall development activities

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer science or in a related technical discipline, preferably with a focus on materials science.
5 years practical experience or 3 years practical experience in a modern MEMS fab in a role either in process integration or process engineering (preferably in multiple process areas)
Good understanding of typical CMOS processes
Proven track record of successful (project) management and process development in a semiconductor fab
A solid statistical background and practical use of a well-known software tool (e.g. JMP, NWA Quality analyst, Minitab, etc.)
Fluent in English (written and spoken),
