Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

* Make joint sales calls together with sales staff, to sell the benefits of DHL Customer Facing IT tools to customers.
* Assist and guide customers in the setting up of Customer Facing IT tools and customise management reports as required.
* Assist customers in troubleshooting queries and problems on Customer Facing IT tools.
* Arrange eTool demonstrations for customers who are potential FTB.
the customers’ needs for automated tools in the evolving marketplace.
* Visit Customer Facing IT customers on a regular basis to gauge satisfaction with the Customer Facing IT products,to ascertain any need for extra training and collect suggestion - for improvements the Customer Facing IT customers for future development.
* Plan and manage Customer Facing IT tools deployment to ensure achievement of successful deployment targets.

Job Requirements

* Presentation skills (excellent)
* Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) (excellent)
* Software skills (DHL Systems) (preferable)
* IT skills (preferable)
* Technical Skills (Customer Facing IT technology awareness and Knowledge)
* Communication skills, spoken and written (excellent)
* Negotiation and interpersonal skills (excellent)
* Analytical, organisational and motivational skills (excellent)
* Sales skills (preferable)
* Diploma in Information Technology (preferable) or equivalent
* 2 years’ experience in customer support, preferably with experience in Customer Facing IT tools
* Age 25 to 35
* Any Bachelor Degree
