An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Work with the Marry Network Core Team in Vietnam to develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
Be responsible for leading content team of Marry Network websites in Myanmar to create and publish engaging content
Actively research the editorial stories through internal and external sources
Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
Supervise and give direction to Editorial team. Manage and execute the entire editorial process standards and guidelines
Follow up market trends to develop content
Manage editorial calendar, ensure the production of optimal editorial and marketing content
Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
Collaborate with marketing team and design team to plan and develop content concept, style and layout
Collaborate across functions (Marketing team, Sales team) to deliver an effective content marketing strategy, branding campaigns and editorial plan to meet the business objectives
Report on weekly and monthly basis to Project Manager on content, traffic performance, content engagement and help to resolve or appropriately escalate key issues or concerns
Recruit, train and manage team members

Job Requirements

Ideal candidate should be -
Burmese
Bachelor’s degree/ Master degree
Experience publishing (from content to layout ideas)
Content digital production is a plus
Outstanding research as well as verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented and accuracy
Creative and good at initiatives new content and content trends.
Knowledge about digital/Internet marketing
Familiar with design softwares such as Photoshop, AI, InDesign, etc.
Excellent in Ms Office and document layout
Strong leadership, highly motivated, dynamic and a team player
Ability to work effectively in a professional manner
Excellent time management and problem solving skill
Fluent in English
Ability to work under pressure
