Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

-Develop College’s management information on student recruitment and produce reports to CEO, Marketing and Operation Director to inform target new recruitment potentials.
-Visits high schools, private/boarding schools and colleges, speaks to groups and individual students, and meets with school counsellors and administrators to promote College courses within assigned territory and as required to assist other recruiters.
-Serves independently as the point person for internal coordination of C-ollege student recruitment and enrollment management goals utilizing specific knowledge gained of admissions, registration criteria and scholarship information and deadlines.
-Develop and organise a range of recruitment events both on-campus and other institutions (such as Open day, campus tour and seminars) by liaising with College staff and relevant colleagues in the Marketing Department.
-Systematically gather market and competitor information and conduct market research, disseminating findings to College management.
-Develop a network of relevant marketing contacts within and outside the College and use this network to inform the development of College activity.
-Manage the development and promotional material for publication via print, web, social media by liaising with departmental staff, CEO and relevant colleagues in the College.
Organizes and implements all aspects of large, campuses special events utilizing presentation and promotional materials, maintaining budgetary and operational controls, and representing the College events.

Job Requirements

-At least a bachelor degree or equivalent.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of dealing directly with a wide variety of people.
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
-Proactive approach to problem solving.
-A friendly professional manner and appearance.
-Self-motivated with an ability to thrive under pressure.
-Ambitious and results orientated.
-Experience in education sector.
-Experience in a similar role an advantage.
