Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

To implement and maintain the TM&D Field Force Safety Toolkit (“Toolkit”), provides the necessary guidance (“tools”), to support TM&D EHS Management in the development and delivery of both local legal and BAT Group health and safety policy requirements for 6 Depots and Head Office.

• To ensure the identification of potential hazard including unusual activities and condition, control measure and implement the corrective action in line with Risk Assessment.
• To ensure the FFSST self-assessment score improvement by doing the following area:
- General EHS Guidance
- Warehouse and Office Safety

• To ensure the identification of potential hazard including unusual activities and condition, control measure and implement the corrective action in line with Risk Assessment.
• To ensure the FFSST self-assessment score improvement by doing the following area:
- General EHS Guidance
- Warehouse and Office Safety
- Fleet Management and Driver Safety
- Point of Sales
• To carry out the data collection for the monthly, quarterly, annual EHS report.
• To ensure that fire-fighting equipment inspection and maintenance with the aids of 3rd Party contractor.
• To execute the ERP process including (training, meeting and drill test)
• To ensure that all employees and contractors fully understand the BAT EHS procedure, to follow and to safe guard the Environmental, Health and Safety of their activities
• To provide the effective training by using Training Matrix for every roles and responsibilities
• To provide the relevant training for ERP (Emergency Response Plan) to be qualified.
• To coordinate the First Aid team in the event of need.
The jobholder reports to the EHS Manager and works within the framework of agreed objectives and time frame. The scope of the job is dynamic being governed by EHS requirements and the legal requirements in the country.
The jobholder interacts with all line managers to influence the priorities and ensure compliance with corporate EHS policy requirements.

-Any degree holder and a qualification in EH&S certificate/diploma will be an added advantage. 3 years experiences in related field.
