Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Able to follow shift schedule and able to attend over time if necessary.

Able to understand the process flow of the plant (Waste water treatment, water treatment, hot water generator etc.)

Have to do technical data analysis upon daily/monthly records and report to superiors and concerned department by weekly and monthly. Have to learn to be improve troubleshooting skill and to becomes a technician who has multi scale.

Have to do spare parts and consumable items ordering by using sourcing format.

Able to lead for A.M and P.M activities, regularly. Able to do break down maintenance for the plant with RCA and 5S, have to remedy immediately upon break down and able to minimize break down time.

In the meantime, have to report superior and must follow up his instruction, completely. Have to keep the ambition as zero breakdown of utility plant and capability of plant must be stand-by position with full efficiency.

Job Requirements

Flexibility, Dependency, Reliability and Leadership initiations



• Strong analytical skills, Problem solving, Decision Making



• Strong coaching and communication skills



• Good command of English

Bachelor Degree with relevant engineering skill (Preferred B.E, B.Tech, AGTI)



• At least 1-3 years’ Experience in maintenance of manufacturing plants



• Experience as a team member within a project team with an awareness of project management tools and techniques.



• Strong capability in Mechanical Safety
