BLAZON Retail Group is managing the FASHION and COSMETIC brands as a franchisee of Adidas, Mango, Fox, Dapper, Rider & Ipanema, Crocs, Charles & Kith, The Face Shop, etc. Now, we're looking for Employee Relation Manager to manage a range of activities related to employee/labor relations.


-Counsel and advise managers in interpreting and applying policies and procedures to resolve issues related to recruitment, compensation, disciplinary action and conflict resolution
-Manage the investigative process for internal complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other high-risk employment issues
-Analyze employee relations trends while providing periodic detailed reports, and propose methods to improve problematic trends after careful research
-Ensure services are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws
-Monitor budget, utilize operational resources, and participate in HR policy development
-Identify, design, implement, and manage employee engagement surveys and programs
-Use proper leadership skills to motivate team members to achieve company objectives with timeline
