One of the top financial institutes is on the lookout for an Employee Relations Manager to coordinate with respective line manager and HRBP to manage employee relation task and be involved with supporting the company’s strategies and initiatives.

Duties and responsibilities
*To be responsible for the relations between employees and line manager to sort out disciplinary issues and compliant using the company’s policy.
*To analyze the employee problems and evaluate these cases to develop counter measure that follow up and resolves such issues.
*To understand the company’s policy and procedures while advising the management about issues relating to administrative matters concerning the employees.
*To provide training and develop the team members while accomplishing the task given by the superiors.

Job Requirements

Skills and requirement
*Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Legal Studies or relate field of study.
*Over 5 years of experience in management level HR preferably in the banking and finance industry.
*Requires great time management skills, attentive to details and able to work under pressure.
*Fluent in English and possesses great communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary up to 3,000,000 MMK and other allowances
