 Lead Project Network Management with cross functions for all launch, re-launch, sourcing changes, raw & pack material harmonization, cost saving, localization, promotions to deliver Activities on time in full.
 Build, chair & facilitate the PTM (Project Team Meeting) for Innovations parts.
 Produce NRR to make production plan, manage production with factory to ensure FG stock availability as per demand forecast & take proper actions to meet demand changes.
 Ensure the Category achieve the customer service target by managing the Stock Availability.
 Update Production Plan to Finance for Production cost estimation process.
 Produce capacity utilization.
 Responsible on inventory forecasting to cross functions.
 Mange Business Waste.
 Own master data of FGs code.

Job Requirements

 Any bachelor’s degree and more prefer Supply Chain/ Logistics Management, Business Administration/ Management holder.
 Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experiences in related filed (Demand & Supply Planning, Custom Clearance, Control Stock).
 Successful project lead experience in Sales/Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain Development.
 Experiences in communicate with Local and Foreign Suppliers.
 Good command in English.
 Be able to use Microsoft office especially in Advanced Excel experience required.
 Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
 Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
 Lead / Coach team for professional growth and ensure and ensure completion of performance development plans.
 Good time-management skills. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
