Lead Project Network Management with cross functions for all launch, re-launch, sourcing changes, raw & pack material harmonization, cost saving, localization, promotions to deliver Activities on time in full. Build, chair & facilitate the PTM (Project Team Meeting) for Innovations parts. Produce NRR to make production plan, manage production with factory to ensure FG stock availability as per demand forecast & take proper actions to meet demand changes. Ensure the Category achieve the customer service target by managing the Stock Availability. Update Production Plan to Finance for Production cost estimation process. Produce capacity utilization. Responsible on inventory forecasting to cross functions. Mange Business Waste. Own master data of FGs code.
Any bachelor’s degree and more prefer Supply Chain/ Logistics Management, Business Administration/ Management holder. Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experiences in related filed (Demand & Supply Planning, Custom Clearance, Control Stock). Successful project lead experience in Sales/Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain Development. Experiences in communicate with Local and Foreign Suppliers. Good command in English. Be able to use Microsoft office especially in Advanced Excel experience required. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Lead / Coach team for professional growth and ensure and ensure completion of performance development plans. Good time-management skills. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
