Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

1 Determining parts, suppliers or tools needed to complete service requests.Uses company provided tools
and test devices used to adjust, calibrate and repair equipment.
2 Managing vehicle inventory and restocking from branch inventory as necessary.
3 Ensuring both proper vehicle maintenance guidelines and safe driving habits are followed.
4 Providing technical support for the repair of equipment after intial installation and ensuring that service
commitments are met within standard response time.
5 Training dental office staff on proper operation of installed systems.
6 Other duties as related to the Service Technician position.

Job Requirements

1 BE/B-Tech (EP, MP)
2 English (Fluent)
3 Technical Training in Bio-Medical or Mechanistic field is preferred.
4 General Computer Proficiency, including knowledge of Windows-based program, Familiarity with Networking,
and experience with Peripherals such as Printers, Backups, Scanners, Modems and Category 5 Cabling
is Preferred.
5 Valid Driving License (much preferred)
