1 Responsible for technical matters of all production processes and related facilities.
2 Process design and improvement for better efficiency.
3 Facility design and layout in the production process.
4 Analyze, correction and follow up technical problems in production process.
5 Prepare and control the department budget.
6 Support all related training to improve employees knowledge and skills.
7 Prepare and propose all engineering reports to management.
8 Control the people in the department to follow company and safety regulations.
9 Control the people in the department to follow all procedures and work instructions.
10 Other jobs assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

5 years in manufacturing or industrial process.
English communication and Basic MS Office Program, ISO 9000 / 14000 System Knowledge.
Age should be 25 and above.
Need to communicate in English well and prefer Japanese language as a plus.
