1. Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design materials and parts fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities,
assembly methods, and quality control standards
2. Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals
3. Analyze and document business processes and problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies
4. Responsible for staff scheduling include: work assignments/rotations and shift rotations
5.Coordinate and implement solutions from process analysis and general department projects
6. Diagnosing breakdown problems for upgrading, modifying, improvement
7. Others duties as assign by Top Management

Job Requirements

• 1. Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (or) Mechatronic
• 2. At least 7 years relevant work experiences (Prefer with experiences in Food Manufacturing Bakery Industries)
• 3. Possesses good planning, organizing, directing and controlling skills.
• 4. Strong leadership skills
• 5. Computer literate
• 6. Comprehensive skills in English speaking and writing (is preferred)
• 7. Good knowledge of food safety and quality management system (is preferred)
8. Able to work at Hlaing Tharyar Industrial Zone
