•Bachelor of Engineering Degree/ Master or PhD in Electronics and Communications/ Electrical Power/ Mechatronic Engineering plus management degrees/certificate/ diploma etc;•English Language proficiency is needed•Specialized knowledge in breadth anddepth for Solar Technology•Excellent computer skills in Microsoft office •Project Management Software•Proven record of managing technical personnel•Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, communication and organization skills•Work Under pressure•Multitasking Skills•Must be well versed with Project Management Skills.•Must have an aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problemsFrequent travelling inside/ outside the country
