• Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions. • Evaluate and grade students' class work, assignments, and papers. • Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts. • Prepare and deliver lectures to undergraduate and/or graduate students on topics such as poetry, novel structure, and translation and adaptation • Maintain student attendance records, grades, and other required records. • Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, and course materials and methods of instruction • Compile, administer, and grade examinations, or assign this work to others • Maintain regularly scheduled office hours in order to advise and assist students.

Job Requirements

• Must have 2 years relevant teaching experiences • An understanding of global higher education and the needs and requirements of international students (Essential). • Experience of academic assessment, standards and quality assurance procedures (Desirable). • Direct experience of further and/or higher education in an international context (Desirable). • Age 30 to 45. Education Qualification • Bachelor of Arts/ Education (Secondary / Primary), Mass communication Teaching Qualification • Certificate: in Workplace Training & Assessments
