Our company runs on data, making the systems that we use extremely important for managing & connecting our data. Some of our enterprise systems are built in-house, and some are external software. An Enterprise Systems Owner is responsible for managing these systems.

Examples of Enterprise Systems that we use range from simple to complex tools.
Custom - Reservations platforms, internal dashboards
Complex - Infusionsoft CRM, Gorgias Helpdesk
Advanced - Google Suite, Lastpass, Call Center Software
Core - Facebook Workplace, Trello

Your responsibilities will include:
Curation - Are you able to identify the best software to use to solve a particular set of problems?
Evaluation - Testing potential software & deciding which one to use
Implementation - Running a small pilot to test how the software will work
Teaching - Training our internal employees on how to use the software
Innovation - Monitoring the behavior and usage of each software & adjusting it continuously

Strong Knowledge of Spreadsheets
You are excellent at building complex spreadsheets that include pivot tables & macros.

Ability to Teach to all Levels
You have experience teaching and can adapt your teaching style to all levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
