Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

1. Develop and execute health and safety plans and system in an upcoming Building Construction project (project-based contract)
2. Inspect construction operation, equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe environment issue.
3. Able to conduct safety audits on personnel, equipment and materials.
4. Lead injury and incident inquiries and evaluations.
5. Liaises with clients and contractors on safety related issues.
6. Carries out analysis of accident / incident cases and reporting on health and safety awareness, issues, accident/ incident and statistics.
7. Must be able to perform Risk assessment.
8. Identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.
9. Must be consistence with HSE Management System standard issue and Occupational Safety and Health Law, Myanmar ( 15th March, 2019).
10. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential and must be able to comply company’s code of ethic.
11. Required assistance to the Project Manager (international).

Job Requirements

1. With at least 10 years of experience including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leading position.
2. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools and e-mails.
3. Proficiency in both Myanmar and English language.
4. Proactive and able to take initiatives
5. Good organizational skills.
6. Dynamic and good interpersonal skills.
7. Available as soon as possible.
