● Resolve incidents/problem reported by end users in different module of ERP System to facilitate smooth & efficient operation of the business.
● Take initiatives and facilitate implementation of new requirements raised by user.
● Manage documentation in relation to the issue resolution ,new requirement implementation and routine operation of the ERP system.
● Bridging gap between business and technical teams during new requirement ,development and implementation.
● Testing new changes with business user before migrating to production.
● conducting knowledge transfer sessions for business users.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other relevant field
● At least 3 years of work experience in ERP/HRMS/CRM/PM systems within software industry
● Ability to grasp new concepts and system functionality swiftly
● Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
● To have knowledge in system analysis
● Should have SQL/PLSQL Knowledge
● Possess excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
