A Big Opportunity for ...

Ethical Channel Manager would be responsible for the planning and implementation of activities to further establish the scientific credential and to drive endorsement of our product in Hospital and Pharmacy channel. This would include development and management of the professional relationship with healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, doctors, and nurses. Route planning and monitoring of medical representative in Yangon and Mandalay. Developing and organizing product marketing activities in Hospital and Pharmacy to drive endorsement and recommendations from the health care professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Planning an optimized route for Medical rep and ensure execution of the route plan.
- Seek out and explore opportunities for endorsement and recommendation of both existing and a new product in the ethical channel.
- Idealization, proposal, and implementation of marketing events and product detailing effort in the ethical channel.
- Integration and adaption of communication materials from the regional team.
- Maintain synergy between consumer marketing and ethical channel marketing.
- Coaching and management of product detailing team member
Identify, build and maintain the relationship with key external stakeholders

Job Requirements

- MBBS / Degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition or related sciences
- Excellent written and spoken command of English and Burmese
- Excellent presentation skill
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skill
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare/nutrition/health supplement industry
- Prior experience as a medical rep and/or ethical channel marketing
