iD creative solutions is looking for Event Planner/Assistant, the job involves organizing and overseeing the execution of various events, including corporate, fair, exhibitions, product launches, office openings etc. The Assistant Event Planner is responsible for helping the Event Manager with budgets, negotiating with suppliers and clients, managing invitations, helping supervising the event to ensure problems are resolved quietly and quickly.

Job Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

Developing ideas or themes for events (under the supervision of the event manager)
Budget creation
Procurement skills
Event management (under the supervision of the event manager)
Supervising staff at the event
Conducting post-event assessments
Qualification & Skills

Must have organizational skill
The ability of using Microsoft Office Suite
The ability of working together with team (teamwork)
Time management skills
Dead line-oriented
Problem solving orientation
At least 2 years experienced
