Job Description

- Assist in the planning and running of events and expected to plan and implement
- Update and maintain an accurate event data base
- Help to create Yangon American International School image in the public perception, ensuring the positive domination of press coverage over competitors
- Perform any other marketing related duties assigned by the manager
- Manage media relations, media monitoring and act as PR specialists
- Put in place and monitor processes and checks which will ensure consistency and effective delivery of Yangon American’s customer-facing messages across all medias to reach our target group
- Work on planning and proposing of the budget for the respective events
- Plan and execute all the messages delivering to the audience (e.g. Newsletter, Messages, Content Writing and etc.)
- Build up relationship with media for further stronger communication with Yangon American International School

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Planning or relevant discipline
• 4 – 6 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Educational Knowledge, Conceptual Thinking and Data Analysis, Negotiation
• Operational Excellence
• Building Confidence, Adaptability, Coordination, People Development
