Description – summary of duties
As PA to the College Leadership Team (CLT) you support the team in their daily work and in managing projects. To also work with other academic and support staff to manage general administration, school events, and other activities.

Overview of Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for the following areas;

• devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
• manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Take dictation and minutes
• arranging travel, visas and accommodation
• screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
• meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
• dealing with incoming emails and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CLT;
• carrying out background research and presenting findings;
• producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
• organising and attending meetings and ensuring the CLT well prepared for meetings;
• liaising with parents, students and other staff.

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience Required:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree;
• Hold a diploma or certificate in business/administration or a related area would be an advantage;
• Have strong administrative experience, including a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, providing administrative support at a management level;
• Have experience of handling confidential and sensitive information;
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Possess effective organizational and managerial skills, including the ability to prioritise workload, multi-task, and use own initiative;
• Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal politely and effectively with the public;
• Be fluent in spoken and written Myanmar and have high-competency in spoken and written English;
• Be able to communicate effectively with children;
• Have excellent computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office;
• Be a motivated self-starter who uses their own initiative.
