Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

The Employee shall report to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The Employee shall be primarily based in Yangon as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. His/her primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
o Secretarial and administrative duties
o Translation services (Burmese-to-English and vice-versa)
o Assistance with government-related tasks including tax and permits
o Liaising between senior management & store managers and staff
o Basic office tasks including but not limited to managing its cleanliness

Job Requirements

• Education: degree, diploma, or certificate in Business or related subject.
• Working Experience: 2-3+ years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• English fluency is required as you will be working closely with expatriates/foreigners.
• Ability to work closely with a small cross-functional team in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Passion or interest in the food & beverage, international retail, or consumer goods sectors is preferred.
