Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Assist in preparation of new product development (NPD) project proposals (BOS, PCS/FE, GTM)

• Design & execute in-house research surveys to determine feasibility of planned new product launches (i.e., competitive market information, MD insights, prescription trends, product concept study, price acceptance study & analysis)

• Handle assigned market research projects that require research agency service

• Coordinate assigned new product projects from product development to commercialization with region office, source countries and the company's NPD committee

• Initiate new product and or business idea proposals based on insights, trends and other empirical information

• Work with pool of KOL, MD Specialist, GP & Allied Professional advisers for the company's new product projects

• Seek continuous updates on new developments taking place in the pharmaceutical & healthcare industry

• Regularly update the company's pharma industry reports

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:
• University Degree holder (MBBS), Diploma/Certificate is a plus in related field.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have 1 year experience in related field
• Must have the knowledge related to pharmacy
• Must be able to motivate the team by getting the high performance
• Must have strong communication both internal and external
• Must have the analytical skill
