- Deal with Business Development team & sourcing of new tender/project information in advance share to managements, procurement and another respective team.
- Regular analysis by gathering information from BDM/Ministry /Industry.
- Work closely with Governments engineer and authority person.
- Prepare complete tender submission documents file including Technical and commercial to submit on due date.
- Attend commercial and technical meeting with clients, consultants, MOEE team, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders meeting for project negotiations and contract awards.
- Collect customers’ feedback, do market research and help new customers in developing.
- Collect, Maintain and analyses the historical prices/records and share to respective person and procurement team to obtain relevant costs/offers from supplier.
- Analyze competitor’s strategy, include a deep understanding of competitors product.
- Deal with Technical/Project team such as contacting & engaging Gov., Engineer or authority to ensure for site surveying.
- Arrange the meeting for new products or technical presentation at Governments or Private office.
- Prepare the letter of guarantee for Bid Bond and deal with finance department.
- Aid the group partnership with international EPC companies, and Development agencies such as ADB, World Bank, JICA and Loan projects.
- Other duties and responsibilities assign by senior managements.

Education / Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree with Engineering field
- Have 5 years plus of experience in related field
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency computer literacy ( MS Office, Excel, Adobe)
- Fair level of English (written and verbal)
