Job Description

*Provide full spectrum of high quality personal assistance and secretarial support to MD
*Performing general administrative and secretarial tasks
*Responsible for calendar management, arranging meetings and conference calls.
*Scheduling of meetings, taking action points and writing, providing meeting minutes
*Manage daily diary and calendar of the Director
*Co-ordinate events, projects and meetings with internal and external parties
*Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries (reserving hotel rooms, restaurant tables and rental cars, international travel, visa application, transportation arrangement, air ticket and hotel reservations) and occasionally, travelling with the Chairman to provide general assistance and translation services
*Organize and well prepared for meeting documents and presentation
*Remind and follow up for the business schedule to meet timeline
*Handing phone calls and taking proper messages
*Reading and responding of Director’s email, prepare formal business letters
*Distribute report to senior management
*Ad Hoc duties, including administrative tasks (including Office maintenance co-ordination, reception duties, Procurement of office equipment and stationery) and personal tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

*Any Graduated
*At least three years of working experiences in relevant field
*Familiar with Yangon Road, driving license is advantageous.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to prioritize and work under pressure, and to follow up upon job duties
*Good Attitude, Self-motivated, Well-organized, Energetic, Flexible, Helpful, Detail-minded, Tactful, Responsible, Independent and Dedicated
*Organizational Skills: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and is highly systematic, Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Scheduling meetings, travel plans, billing, etc
*Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Writing emails
*Good command of spoken and written English and Burmese, Chinese will be advantageous
*Proactive, energetic, able to multi-task and has a sense of urgency
*Discretion, trustworthiness and an understanding of confidentiality issues
*Working hours: You will generally work from 9am to 6pm. It may be necessary to work overtime on public holidays and weekends. Travel within the working day, absence from home overnight and traveling locally may be required.
