Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Validate and investigate errors in SAP transactions and prepare daily deviation reports
- Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure proper reporting and tracking of KPI (i.e. GMP, HACCP, IPM, GWP, SHE)
- Work closely with supply chain management and support teams (Operations, Supply Chain, QSHE and Finance) to ensure a smooth and seamless service
- Guide team to ensure effective delivery of team’s goals
- Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Supply Chain Management and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning

Job Requirements

- Diploma/certificate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or other related fields
- Minimum three to five years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of warehousing, distribution, transport and supply chain management
- Demonstrate working knowledge on safety, health and environment (SHE) programs, good warehousing practices, good manufacturing practices, hazard analysis critical -
control point (HACCP) systems
- Demonstrate basic knowledge in process and cost optimization
- Proven numeracy and quantitative analysis
- Demonstrate knowledge in warehouse management systems (ideally SAP)
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
