Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

o Take charge and lead the entire expansion operation from survey, planning and prioritizing to budgeting and hiring
o Identify and make contact with potential customers , taxi groups (could be motorbikes, tricycles, or cars), Business owners in relevant cities
o Collect data and insights to regularly report to the senior management and the product design team
o Conduct competitor analyses and field surveys to properly position in the market
o Set up required facilities and appoint relevant team members (including the set-up of the entire operation team) to kick-start the operation in target cities
o Coordinate with Marketing, IT, HR, Finance, and Operation teams for smooth expansion in new cities

Job Requirements

Any university graduate with 3 to 5 years working experience
- Detail oriented, processed minded, and well-experienced in operation management
- Familiar with mobile phone, social media, and apps
- Have an outgoing, assertive, and cheerful/pleasant personality
- Can work under pressure and have good teamwork skills
- Possess local knowledge and resourcefulness
- Willing to learn new skills and grow together with the company
- Able to travel all over Myanmar as necessary
