Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

 Handle the overall process of applying for export (Shipping & Documentation Processes)
 Negotiating with a variety of people, such as buyers, shippers and agents
 Coordination with Operations Team
 Post Documentations, preparing export invoice, packing list and so on
 Coordinate with clearance agent and clearance process are done timely and cargoes are cleared out from port as fast as possible and report to HOD.
 Carries out Custom clearance administrative duties
 Maintain good relationship with related government offices and shipping lines

Job Requirements

 At least 3 years' experience in the related field
 Proficiency in English 4 skills
 Must have knowledge and experience in the export process
 Preferable to rice export experience
 Having knowledge/experience of International sales, export documentation, especially in Rice
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Eager to learn and able to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly
 Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
