- Lead in tasks regarding the arrangement of maintenance, movement, disposal and replacement of building facilities equipment, and tools, to maintain condition of such assets within the building
- Coordinate with the relevant teams in regards to problems with building facilities, to efficiently attend to such problems
- Lead in facility inspections to ensure that all installed building facilities and equipments (e.g. CCTV, fire alarm, sprinkler, A/V system) are in good condition and can be operated efficiently
- Lead in managing building built-in furniture, and movable building decorations, to ensure that they are in good condition for use
- Lead in managing the common areas, such as car park, library, and meeting rooms to ensure that these areas are tidy and in good condition to support operational use
- Lead in collecting feedbacks from relevant parties and perform analysis to ensure business and other requirements are performed efficiently
- Identify and respond appropriately to various problems, and ensure that issues are resolved
- Collaborate with other functions/ teams to facilitate analysis and identify process improvement/ cost reduction opportunities
- Support in forecasting trends and developing roadmap for further expansion of company/ work function
- Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level

-Bachelor’s degree and two years related experience.
-Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
-Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communications skills and computer proficiency required.
