• Manage the facility team and ensure a quality and timely customer service is delivered in all areas
• Ensuring appropriate Cleaning service in place and quality standards adhered to in all locations
• Organizing provision and servicing of utilities, pest control, and such other needs, this will include working with procurement to source vendors and negotiate terms
• Responding to and resolving ad hoc issues such as break down of equipment
• Liaise with IT dep, Admin and H & S in Yangon on implementation and adherence to all policy and procedures
• Provision of office furniture, notice boards and general fixtures to required standards and levels
• Create budget and business plan with respect to facilities needs and then manage within budget
• Maintain relations with landlords and other external stakeholders
• Manage search for new properties to buy or to rent as instructed and/or contribute to new build projects
• Plan and lead in building refurbishment projects
• Create regular maintenance schedule
• Organise cooler set up and replenishment with the warehouse supervisor
• Assist in creation of policy and process and ensure communication and adherence
• Create monthly reports on Facility projects and routines and present to Senior leaders
• Maintain the standards in order to pass all relevant audits
• Understanding of building maintenance needs
• Understanding of office management and services

 5 + Years work experience in related and relevant area
 Educated to degree level, preferably in an engineering or construction area
 English language skills to good level
 Ability to travel around Myanmar area and occasionally to Yangon and other locations
 Ability to use internet, email and Microsoft office
