Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Perform the site services based on the execution plan and follow the SOW and site operation requirements
- Manage site operation, subcontractors, including cleaning services, security services, indoor & outdoor services, pest control services, ect to ensure those services above the requirement of standard.
- Control the hotline number and Helpdesk email, update all requests into the log issue, and send to Site Manager on the weekly basis.
- Be as Operator for ACMMS system.
- Take overall charge of all the inquiries, complaints & requests from clients in any kinds of communications, including but not limited to email, espace, wechat, phone. -
Follow up the complaints and coordinate with team members to close them.
- Record and submit PO/PR including routine work and projects. Ensure the accuracy of invoicing, and submit on time to the client. Closely work with procurement to ensure the service quality, the timeframe.
- Publicize email, notices to all staff about office regulations, safety requirements, etc;
- Produce weekly and monthly report; summarize and analyze database and information.
- Coordinate and be in charge of EHS audits & reports, follow up and close pending issues after the audit.
- Work on the monthly customer survey, and analyze the problems to come out with the improvement plan. .
- Others as appointed by Site Manager.

Job Requirements

o Good technical knowledge of M & E and building maintenance services
o Prefer the candidates who have the oversea working experience
o Good communication skill and able to communicate to different levels of people
o Knowledge in fire safety and able to conduct fire and emergency drill
o Fluent English skill for writing and speaking and also able to communicate with local language
o Dynamic, enthusiastic, reliable and able to communicate with respect
o Strong leadership and Highly motivated
o Initiative, integrity and able to work under pressures.
o Degree in Mechanical and Electrical or Building science or estate Management with minimum 5 years of relevant facility management working experience
o Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E or building science or estate management with minimum 8 years of relevant facility management working experience
