Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Implement and maintain procedures and efficient office administrative systems.
• To Line Manage the Receptionist/Office Administrator ensuring the role continues to develop.
• Manage and administer processes for ordering and delivery of goods and services across operations, ensuring cost-effective procurement of supplies.
• Book meeting rooms and arrange the hospitality for meetings.
• Distribute post, ensure that outgoing mail is despatched and book couriers.
• Responsible for the Fire Register and play a proactive role with relation to Health and Safety.
• Manage the office and ensure that standards of order, tidiness and professionalism are met.
• Perform spot checks to ensure that communal and personal areas are clean and tidy.
• Maintain the condition of the facility, ensure its equipment is in good working order, and arrange for any necessary repairs.
• Manage the office equipment budget ensuring cost effectiveness.
• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
• Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
• Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
• Review and maintain staff attendance records
• Write and distribute monthly management reports to senior management

• Any bachelors’ degree.
• Project management skills.
• Detailed Technical knowledge & skills.
• Time management skills.

Special Skills
• Effective English speaking and writing skills
• Ability to communicate with others and lead a team
• Ability to multi-task and engage multiple stakeholders at once
• Knowledge of all MS software packages such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS project essential
