>To Support DGM in Admin part.
>Do interpreting to DGM , do translating the documents. if necessary.
>Checking invoices necessary attached documents and handover the invoices to other member process the payment.
>Support and Organize the Budget Planning, and keep record for all parts.
>Applying and keep recording of documentation of FormA and PR related with budgets in file sever.
>Applying and keep recording of documentation of FormA and PR related with budgets in file sever.
>Explaining each payments to superiors to get the signature.
>Updating the folder from file server to Share Point that allowed members can check from every network.
>Prepare the required documents and Data for internal Audit
