Factory Manager at one of the International Leading Beverage Company Myanmar

o Lead and Manage the Plant Manufacturing Activities as Production Expert
o Up to 4,000,000 MMK plus attractive bonus

About the Company

Our client is a well-known international food and beverage company and growing in Myanmar. They have nice working environment and are a company who strictly follows compliance.

The Role

● Lead and Manage the production activities through production management system
● Responsible for planning and imitating programs to achieve the business standards
● Responsible for managing of the effective resources of the business
● Oversee the plant work force with a strong knowledge of safety (Personnel and equipment’s)
● To implement, review and comply with Quality, Health & Safety, Food Safety and Environment Management System in production areas

Job Requirements

● At least 5 years’ experience in Production Industry (FMCG experience Preferred)
● Have knowledge about manufacturing processes of beverage in various packaging types
● Must be proactive, able to support & coordinate the maintenance team
● Must have a knowledge of the principles of production management & quality management
● Degrees in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
● Advanced English is a Must
