An Excellent Opportunity for ...

-To handle complete factory operations in terms of Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Reports & Audits Functions for UPS, network cables and electrical and DC power network devices.
- Overall responsible for the Product Availability as per the Company’s Demand and to meet the target volume.
- Responsible for Delivering Quality products, for overall plant cost & Profitability, implementing systems & processes, for Key Performance Indicators for the factory.
- To maintain a cohesive & harmonious relationship in the factory team.
- To handle new Projects in the factory.
- Responsible for the Safety of Employees & Assets of the organization.
- Develop skill level of the factory employees and supporting them to achieve their targets.
- Ensure capacity growth as per plan and timely delivery to cross team.
- Meet budgeted works commitment at uniform and planned rate
- Commissioning of new projects.
- Design and plan for new UPS and other projects.

Job Requirements

o Bachelor's degree or above in industrial engineering or management, business administration or a related field with 4 years above job experiences.
o Skill in production operations, supply chain management and strategic planning.
o Need to have strong interpersonal communication skills, Leadership Skills, People management, Problem-Solving Skills & Time Management.
o Experience in the manufacturing process and oversee employees, production and efficiency, to make sure the factory is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely.
o Experience in manufacturing and production with UPS or electrical products is preferred.
o Planning, directing, or coordinating the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.
