Job Requirements

B.Agri.Sc or Any Graduate with Agriculture Background
Age: between 40 years to 50 years
Experience is over 5 years in Management Level at any Factory and can manage to 1000 factory workers.
Proven work experience as a plant manager
Proven managerial experience
Adequate Knowledge of Agriculture activities
Demonstrated ability to manage farmers & government relationship
Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
#Able to stay in rural factory for a long year
