The Role

● To manage the operational procedures to produce the products of the best quality
● To deliver the excellent internal and external customer service
● To guide and upgrade the F&B team by providing training programs and incentives
● To classify the needs of the customers and take action based on the levels
● To control the functions to be consistent with the prescribed regulations
