• Fully manage the whole factory and its manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
• Monitor the productivity, quality control and delivery
• Oversee and increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
• To insure safety and compliance with quality control standards and regulatory compliance
• Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets and ensure adequate training is provided
• Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts

Job Requirements

• Over 8 years relevant working experience in factory/ manufacturing company
• Great communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management competencies
• Flexible, including working late and on weekends as required
• Self-motivated, independent, aggressive and possession of problem solving ability
• Very strong knowledge of ISO, HACCP, Good Manufacturing Process and well experiences in SOP
