Food and Beverage Manager will be directly responsible for performing the following task to the highest standards:• To work closely with F&B Director to ensure the development and increase of Hotel’s overall Food & Beverage’s revenue, concentrating mainly on all Hotel’s Outlet Sales• To ensure, contribute and deliver The Hotel’s monthly budget ensuring the budget or forecast, which ever higher is achieved. • To be involved in designing, promoting and sell various Food & Beverages promotional packages to the target markets.• To ensure a high level of exposure both within the Hotel and in the local market areas through direct sales solicitation, telephone contacts and written communications with Hotel’s database and meeting new Customers’• Provide marketing intelligence feedback for the benefit of the Department• To prepare marketing promotions of the hotel• Possessing complete knowledge of all of the services the Hotel offers in order to make successful sales• Interact with clients, owners and suppliers to promote Food and Beverage and hotel• Communicate with target customers and manage guest’s relationship• To establish and maintain good working relationship with associates within Food & Beverage as well as supporting department staffs.
Requirements:1. A minimum of 2 years as Food & Beverage Service Leader in an International 4 – 5*Hotel2. English fluent spoken & written 3. Multi language skills as advantage4. Excellent technical Food and Beverage Knowledge5. Organizational and Training Skills6. Excellent Communicational skills and Presentation7. Experience in leading the sales function8. Minimum Diploma from a recognised hospitality or tertiary institution9. Proficient in MS office skills10. Strong budgetary, projections and cost control skills11. Possesses consultative selling skills
